The steps of the program

Assessment

One dedicated session to map our your current food policy and define the needs of your organization or company.

Training

• Group Seminar I: “Food Choices and Environmental Footprint”:

Introduction to the link between diet and the environment; presentation of the footprint of key foods items and menus, highlighting the role of plant-based foods as essential contributors to achieving sustainability.

• Group Seminar II: “From Theory to Practice”:

cooking demonstration and tasting of plant-based products available in the Greek market; Practical solutions to enhance menus with tasty, affordable, and high-quality plant-based options.

Implementation

• A one-on-one meeting to design an action plan tailored to your organisation/company’s needs.

• A consulting session with a nutritionist to address practical issues and upgrade your menu and/or overall food policies.

• A follow-up meeting to provide support, monitor progress, and resolve any challenges.

Certification

Awarding of the “Change Maker” certification upon achieving the goals for increasing plant-based options, along with promotion of your organisation/company on the Vegan Life NGO website and network.
