Our vision:

Vegan Life NGO envisions a world free from violence, exploitation, and discrimination, where all beings—human and non-human—have the inalienable right not to be treated as objects or exploited to serve the purposes of others. Our vision is founded on the belief that veganism can pave the way for a just society that transcends barriers of species, origin, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, and abilities. We aim to contribute to a world of fairness and kindness, respecting the rights and existence of every living being.

Our Values

01

Veganism

According to the definition given by the Vegan Society , "Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals."

Thus, the vegan lifestyle leads to a diet without ingredients derived from animals, but also more broadly to avoid any product or service that requires the use of animals, such as experimenting on animals or using animals for entertainment.

The purpose of veganism is to put into practice the idea that humans aren't superior to other animals, and thus they have no right to exploit and treat them as property.

Vegan Life NGO promotes the equality of all individuals (human and non-human) who have the ability to feel pain. We recognize the inalienable right of every individual, whether they are human or non human animal, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, age, abilities, appearance, descent, to not be perceived as property or means of other people's purposes.

In the context of the practical promotion of equality, we have created a separate field of Inclusion & accessibility with the aim of adopting best practices that will ensure equal access of all stakeholders to our actions and events.

Environmental protection

Vegan Life members believe that protecting the planet goes hand in hand with adopting a compassionate, sustainable lifestyle. By promoting plant-based diets, reducing waste, and advocating for eco-friendly practices, we aim to minimize humanity’s ecological footprint. Our mission is to raise awareness about the profound impact that food choices have on our environment, from deforestation to water conservation. Together, we strive for a world where respect for all life and the protection of natural ecosystems are central to our collective future.

Vegan Life NGO advocates solidarity with every human and non-human animal that needs it. We support individuals, groups, organizations and collectives that work for the protection of those in need and we strongly believe that solidarity has -and should have- no limits when someone needs help.

Thus, we have a separate section of solidarity, at the disposal of which, part of our income goes to the practical support of solidarity projects to human and non-human animals - always guided by their compatibility with the vegan way of life.
