What is
Veganuary?
Veganuary is a Non-Profit Organization that encourages people internationally to try going vegan in January and beyond. The heart of the Veganuary campaign is a 31-day challenge where participants receive daily emails providing them with all the resources and advice they need to transition to a plant-based diet and an overall vegan lifestyle of life. Over three million people have signed up to the challenge from 2014 to 2023, while in 2023 alone 1600 new vegan products and restaurant menu options were introduced in the countries that represented Veganuary.

in Greece
From 2023, Vegan Life NGO brought the Veganuary challenge to Greece, in collaboration and under the supervision of the international organization Veganuary. Thus, by taking part in the Greek Veganuary challenge you will have in your e-mail for 31 days all the information, sources and recipes you need to have as easy and smooth transition to a vegan lifestyle as possible. All the material is available in the Greek language and is created to break the myths and solve any question you may have about plant-based nutrition and veganism.
