I had a few thoughts on the question and would like to hear your opinion. How do you keep fit during vacations or holidays? I've always found it challenging as there are many temptations and less time to train.
Personally, I try to make time to exercise, even if it's just a quick jog or a few exercises at home. I also opt for healthier snacks at parties so I don't overload myself with calories. Don't forget that rest is important for recovery too, so sometimes you can afford to relax a little if it doesn't become a habit.
