Join us in sunny Greece for an unforgettable 12-day training program where you'll learn from the best in the field and connect with like-minded individuals from across Europe. This isn't just another training—it's a chance to become a catalyst for change in your community and beyond.

The 'Cultivating Tomorrow' project aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive sustainable change and combat the climate crisis while improving youth participation in democratic life, fostering positive change both within society and ecosystems. You'll understand, engage with, and value the natural world and its biodiversity, creating a sense of curiosity and wonder and learning to act for sustainability. The participants will learn about the practical implementation but also the advocacy and knowledge-sharing around permaculture, regenerative agriculture, soil health, biodiversity preservation, and veganism.

Guided by Giuseppe Sannicandro, an internationally recognized trainer in the domain of permaculture, 30 participants from 5 countries will be equipped with a comprehensive set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to excel in permaculture, regenerative agriculture, veganism, and environmental education, as well as youth work.

The Cultivating Tomorrow training will last for 12 days (excluding travel time) and will gather 30 youth workers from France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Greece. It will take place between 23 October and 3 November 2024 at a rural farm outside the city of Megara, Greece, which is now initiating its transition towards permaculture.

A mix of dynamic and interactive methods including hands-on workshops, group discussions, open space technology, and problem-based learning (PBL), will ensure an engaging and effective learning experience. The farm venue complements these methods by providing a real-world context for learning about ecosystems, sustainability, veganism, and permaculture.
